Project Notes
In my proposal, I had wanted to reflect monthly on different aspects of the business; however, I found that once we were up and running I didn't have as much free time as I had originally planned on to do that, and I also felt like while we were continuing to grow many things were staying the same. I also felt like I was covering the same topics I would review in our monthly meetings. Our meeting agenda each month reviews any good news we may have had, policies we need to review, new and current clients, schedule changes, and then any other problems or items that we feel we need to discuss. By making the agenda each month and covering the same topics in the weekly email, I felt that I was reviewing everything needed and then presenting it to the staff as well, which I hadn't anticipated doing on a monthly basis. I felt that I was referencing my research notes as needed on a fairly regular basis and didn't need to sit down and make sure to review them month to month.
