Chicken, Cheese, and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
· 3 cans cream of chicken soup
· 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
· 1 bag boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pre-cooked works great)
· 1 bag broccoli
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°. Steam and drain broccoli. Add to oven-safe pan. If desired, cut chicken breasts into cubes and cook in a skillet. Add chicken on top of broccoli. Mix cream of mushroom and 1 ½ cups mayonnaise together and spread on top of chicken. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in oven about 30 minutes.
